URGENTLY SEEKING COMMERCIAL RESTORATION / WATERPROOFING PROJECT MANAGERS & ESTIMATORS

I am working with a well-respected, firmly established Waterproofing Contractor seeking a Project Manager / Estimator. This is an exciting opportunity to become a part of a strong, quickly growing team of dedicated professionals.

I am looking for a leader in the Restoration Industry ready to manage a motivated team.  Waterproofing  Project Management OR Estimator Experience Required.  If you have the right background and are self-motivated, I would love to speak with you about this position in more detail.

If you have the following, you could be on track for a solid career as a Waterproofing Project Manager / Estimator :

• 5 years experience in masonry restoration, historic restoration, and / or building façade restoration
• 5 years experience in waterproofing, parking deck rehabilitation, building cladding, and / or caulking & coatings
• 1-year experience bidding & managing work in the industry as a Project Manager OR Estimator
• Proficient with Xactimate, or equivalent, Software
• Sales experience
