Job description

A leading professional services firm in Miami is seeking a highly skilled General Counsel to be the chief legal advisor. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice on compliance with laws and regulations, manage legal risks, and oversee legal documentation. A Juris Doctor degree and 10+ years of in-house legal experience are required, alongside Series 7 and 24 licenses. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
