Job description

RCM HealthCare Travel is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a local contract job in Modesto, California.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Specialty : Physical Therapist

  • 40 hours per week
  • Shift : 8 hours
  • Employment Type : Local Contract

RCM is partnering with a local school to find a physical therapists for the 2024-25 school year. Students with PT needs are in all grades and a variety of programs.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide physical therapy services (diagnostic and treatment and consultation)  to students with physical therapy needs.
  • Coordinate with school staff to meet students' IEP  requirements.
  • Prepare, present and attend IEP, Conferences, Parent meetings  as appropriate.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.

    • Experience :

  • Prefer Physical Therapist with pediatric experience; will consider a new grad with appropriate  clinical experience.
  • Pediatric or School based  PT preferred.

    • Skills

  • PT license as issued by IDFPR.
  • Able and willing to travel to multiple sites if caseload requires (travel time is paid).

    • Work Hours

  • Follow school hours Monday-Friday; depending on the school’s hours, approximately 35 hours per week

    • Salary and Benefits

  • $43 - $65, based upon experience. Weekly pay.
  • Full time employees eligible for : Medical, dental, vision, Long / short term disability, Life Insurance, 401k, Flexible and Child Care Spending Accounts and Paid Time off and sick time accrued. Virtual healthcare assistance available. Some benefits offered for part time employees.
