Advisor Success Consultant - Innovative Wealth Solutions Leader
We are looking for an experienced Advisor Success Consultant to play a key role in helping financial professionals expand their businesses and strengthen client relationships. In this role, you'll work closely with a portfolio of advisors, equipping them with innovative tools, investment strategies, and practice management resources designed to drive growth and elevate client outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Partner with advisors to understand their goals and align them with solutions that accelerate business growth.
- Provide consultative expertise on investment strategies, product offerings, and portfolio positioning to support client needs.
- Design and lead initiatives to re-engage advisors who are not currently leveraging the platform.
- Communicate complex financial solutions in a clear and compelling way through presentations at advisor-focused events.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless experience for advisors while expanding adoption of resources and technology.
- Travel up to 30% to attend industry events, client meetings, and territory engagements.
What You Bring
Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, client-focused environment.4+ years of proven success in financial services, including consultative sales by phone and in person.Active FINRA licenses : Series 6, 63, and 65, or Series 7 and 66 (required).Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage advisor pipelines and track territory performance.Strong ability to evaluate investment platforms and provide tailored recommendations.A collaborative mindset balanced with the independence to work autonomously and drive results.Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.Compensation
Base Salary : $60,000 – $70,000 depending on skills, experience, and location.Sales Incentive Plan : Annualized target up to $70,000, tied to clear performance metrics.Hybrid work arrangement available for candidates near Phoenix, AZ.Benefits & Perks
