Salary Range : $95,000 - $130,000 annually (DOE) Location : Raleigh, NC | Full-time | Hybrid options

About the Role

You will manage land development projects from initial site planning through construction administration. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and municipal authorities to deliver quality, timely results.

Day in the Life

• Lead permitting efforts and site plan reviews
• Conduct project inspections and quality assurance
• Coordinate multiple projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Provide mentorship and training to junior engineers
