Job Title : Property Maintenance Technician

Location : Tupelo, MS

Job Type : Full-Time

Pay Rate : $15.00 – $16.00 per hour

Hours : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tupelo, MS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property maintenance, preferably in apartment complexes or residential housing, and a consistent work history. While HVAC experience is a plus, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, drywall repair, and painting.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.

Conduct regular property inspections and perform preventive maintenance.

Maintain exterior areas, including landscaping and minor structural repairs.

Collaborate with property managers and tenants to ensure maintenance needs are met efficiently.

Keep maintenance tools and workspaces organized and clean.

Record work completed and materials used accurately.

Follow all safety protocols and comply with building codes.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience :

Minimum of 2 years of property maintenance experience.

Experience working in apartment complexes or residential housing.

Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, work independently, and manage multiple tasks.

Stable and consistent work history.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely use ladders, hand tools, and power tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule :

Monday – Friday, day shift (8-hour or 10-hour shifts available)

On-site, in-person work
