Job description

American Traveler seeks a Radiation Therapist with 1+ year of EPIC EMR experience for a day shift hospital assignment requiring flexibility to float between qualified units.

Job Details

Work in a hospital Radiation Oncology setting,
Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm, day shift schedule,
Assignment length is 13 weeks,
Floating may be required to other units or campuses within the hospital system depending on census, limited to qualified settings,
Uses EPIC electronic medical record system, with 1 year minimum experience required,

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Radiation Therapist in a hospital setting,

Active Radiation Therapist license required if applicable,

Current BLS certification preferred,

1 year of experience with EPIC EMR system required,

Two professional references required for consideration,

Additional Information

Pre-assignment modules must be completed before the start date and may be compensated up to 16 hours,

Candidates must live more than 100 miles from any facility in the hospital system to be eligible as travelers, with specific mileage exceptions for some roles,

Weekly orientation sessions begin each Monday,

Floating will only occur to units where staff are already qualified and competent,

First-time travelers are considered if meeting experience and EMR requirements,
