Role Overview

• Develop Tailored Rehabilitation Plans : Assess patients' individual needs and create personalized therapy strategies aimed at achieving functional freedom
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques : Apply evidence-based interventions to promote skill enhancement, cognitive functions, and everyday activities
• Collaborate Within a Multi-Disciplinary Team : Work synergistically with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure a comprehensive and holistic approach to care
• Educate Patients and Families : Provide guidance and instruction to patients and their caregivers regarding therapy practices, fostering continued progress beyond the facility
• Evaluate and Document Patient Progress : Track success and modify treatment as required, ensuring patients are on the right path towards their goals
