FP&A Manager

As the FP&A Manager you will provide financial direction, guidance, oversight, and support for all Clinical Diagnostic Group (CDG) and Life Science Group (LSG) FP&A activities. You will have ownership of the Sales / Product Margin reporting. You will be the financial advisor for the CDG / LSG Business Partners with supporting operational analysis for growth / profitability and projects / programs as requested by CDG / LSG management. You will coordinate with other Finance, and FP&A teams. You will ensure all accounting and financial reporting is in accordance with GAAP and the Corporate Accounting Manual requirements.

Planning and Forecasting :

• Support the development of the annual and strategic plan along with any interim forecasts or plans as required. Work with the CDG / LSG managers to develop, document and present detailed plans that support revenue growth. Support the CDG / LSG managers in making simulation, providing significant financial guidance, risk and impact analysis.

Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is $117,900 to $162,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
