A company is looking for a Medical Coding Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and oversee contract-related issues

Ensure coding compliance and manage productivity of coding staff

Prepare quality reports and maintain accurate forecasting for coding operations

Required Qualifications

At least one relevant coding credential (CPC, CCS, RHIA, or RHIT)

Minimum of 5 years' coding experience

At least 3 years of experience in client communication and management roles

Prior experience managing a team

High school diploma or equivalent
