Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about providing top-notch care to our furry friends. As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.  There is opportunity to work as a veterinary assistant as well.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet clients with a warm and welcoming tone
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, filling prescriptions
• Educate clients on pet care and wellness, relay appropriate information to / from clients
• Client call backs, checking clients in and out, maintaining proper notes in medical records
• Process payment transactions, process end of day transactions
• Assisting doctor and staff as needed
• Handling email and text from clients
• Assist in cleaning the hospital
