Job descriptionValid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification Active and unrestricted state licensure as a CRNA (or eligibility for licensure in South Dakota) Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program BLS , ACLS , and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain) Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience preferred (new graduates considered based on program) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Competitive salary of $250,000 Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Relocation assistance (if applicable) CME opportunities and continuing education support

Job Summary
As a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at our clients facility in Aberdeen, SD , you will be a key member of the surgical team, responsible for administering anesthesia, ensuring patient safety, and delivering optimal care throughout surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia during surgical or medical procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia levels throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff to create and implement safe anesthesia plans.
- Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to anesthesia care.
