Job descriptionEnjoys working with employees and Guests. Has the ability to learn and perform every function well. Be accurate. Be organized. Has a sense of urgency. Has great Guest service skills. Be able to motivate employees. Has computer skills. Be ServSafe Lead by example. Ability to become general manager. Performs General Manager's duties in General Manager's absence. Supervises the operation of the restaurant and directs and coordinates all staff. Receives and checks in all deliveries. Monitors inventory levels and informs General Manager what is needed. Supervises door-hanging crews. Provides excellent Guest service and ensures Guest satisfaction. Makes sure restaurant is kept clean. Dispatches orders to drivers. Pitches in and performs a variety of tasks as needed.
ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

- Be dependable, reliable and prompt.
- Be able to work as a member of a team.
- Has good and verifiable references.
- Be accommodating to the demands caused by fluctuations in business.
- Has a good attitude and work habits.
- Has a valid driver's license, adequate car insurance and a clean driving record if he / she conduct errands or makes deliveries for the company.
Assistant General Manager (AGM) qualifications :
certified (or locally recognized certification).
