Support Staff That Sets You Up for Success : Our Registered Dental Assistants are seasoned, tenured professionals who are truly the selling point of this role. They manage charting, temp crowns, X-rays, room flips, sealants, and coronal polishing - allowing you to focus on patient relationships and quality care. ?? Serve With Purpose : Your work directly improves access to oral health for rural and underserved families - where it's needed most. ?? Work-Life Balance : A 4-day workweek, no call, and no weekends means more time to enjoy the Northern California lifestyle you've earned. ?? What We Offer ?? Competitive Salary : $200,000-$250,000 (DOE) ?? Loan Repayment : Up to $75,000 for 2 years of service (NHSC-eligible) ?? Relocation & Sign-On Bonus : Customized to your experience ??
