Product Counsel

A company is looking for a Product Counsel to provide legal guidance on software product development and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on product development issues, including IP, privacy, and regulatory compliance

Draft, review, and negotiate technology-related agreements and assist with miscellaneous projects

Develop and implement internal policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 4 years of legal experience focused on technology and product issues

Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts related to software and technology

Strong understanding of emerging technologies, particularly AI

Familiarity with the cybersecurity and identity governance industry and its legal challenges

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
