UX Researcher

A company is looking for a UX Researcher to uncover user insights and guide product design and development. Key Responsibilities Conduct research studies including interviews, usability testing, and session replays Synthesize user feedback into actionable insights that guide product strategy Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define feature requirements and design scope Required Qualifications A four-year college degree and professional experience in UX research, UX design, or a related discipline Strong ability to analyze and synthesize large amounts of user data into actionable design recommendations Experience with research and design tools (e.g., Excel, Figma, FullStory) Comfortable managing concurrent projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Committed to understanding real user problems and finding thoughtful solutions
