Job Description :

We are preparing for the upcoming holiday season and actively hiring Flex Security Officers to support coverage needs at our Retail Site in Garden City NY. This includes coverage during peak retail and business periods such as Black Friday Thanksgiving weekend and throughout December .

We are seeking professional and reliable officers who are open to flexible assignments across multiple sites. Placement for regular work hours may begin immediately with additional hours available during the holidays.

Responsibilities :

Provide visible security presence and maintain a safe environment for staff customers and visitors

Monitor premises and perform routine patrols (foot and mobile depending on assignment)

Respond to incidents and follow company procedures for incident reporting

Assist with access control and visitor management

Maintain high professional standards and communication while on duty

Requirements :

Valid NYS Security Guard License preferred

At least 1 year of security experience preferred

Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to different sites across Long Island

Must be available for holidays weekends and TWO of the three shifts (mornings evenings and overnights)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Additional Details :
