What You’ll Do

Coordinate and deliver exceptional, individualized nursing care in collaboration with residents, families, and inter-professional teams.

Utilize the full scope of your clinical expertise from assessment, planning, and implementation, through evaluation and resident education.

Serve as a trusted advocate, empowering residents to achieve their best quality of life while ensuring their safety, dignity, and comfort.

Lead by example : mentor and guide nursing personnel as a charge nurse, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Participate in quality improvement and innovative resident care initiatives that help shape the future of long-term care.

Provide guidance and education to residents and families, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing support throughout their stay.

Your Skills and Experience

Current RN license in Minnesota, with nursing program graduation required; a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing preferred, with a true passion for serving seniors.

Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills, with the ability to lead, listen, and motivate.

Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical and compassionate nursing practice.
