Warehouse Associate 2nd Shift - Distribution Center

Join our fast-paced distribution team as a Warehouse Associate where your attention to detail and strong work ethic will keep our operations running smoothly. In this labor-intensive role, you'll be responsible for picking orders, strapping and wrapping pallets, and preparing shipments for outbound delivery. You'll also help ensure materials are properly handled, stored, and tracked in accordance with company standards.

Key responsibilities include :

• Pick, process, and prepare orders on the LT dock for outbound shipping.
• Strap, wrap, and secure pallets for safe and efficient transport.
• Load and unload trucks manually or using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Move, lift, and organize products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through labeling, tracking, and order verification.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and rotating inventory as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and organized work area.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying and communicating process improvements to supervisors.
