Quality Manager

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance efforts and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. This role involves overseeing the company's Quality Management System, managing audits, and driving quality initiatives across departments. You will be responsible for maintaining quality documentation, developing testing and inspection procedures, and ensuring product quality from raw materials to finished goods.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee quality checks before products leave the facility and inspect incoming products from customers.
• Coordinate quality activities and participate as a part of the Sr. staff.
• Conduct ISO 9001 : 2015 audits and ensure compliance.
• Track KPIs monthly and address non-conformances.
• Manage scrap numbers and work closely with the molding department to minimize scrap during production startup.
• Lead a team of 4 direct reports, including 3 quality techs on first shift and 1 quality tech on second shift.

Job Type & Location :

This is a permanent position based out of Caledonia, WI.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 / yr. 401k, dental, health, vision.

Workplace Type :

This is a fully onsite position in Caledonia, WI.
