Work hours : PRN (As Needed) Night shift, weekend and holiday rotation required

Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (1 year experience) required Or
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (CNA - Certified Nurse Aid certification) required Or
• Associate's Degree healthcare related field required
• Bachelor's Degree healthcare related field preferred

Licenses and Certifications

What You Will Do

Assists with and helps coordinate patient care

Teamwork and collaboration; the ability to work effectively and productively with co-workers and other disciplines

Maintains and provides service recovery / Acts as a positive representative in the workplace as well as the community

Performs technical skills under the supervision of the RN

Professional Responsibility

Demonstrates initiative for ongoing learning and professional growth

Ensures a conducive learning environment for orientees. Assists with new employee orientation.
