Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities :

• Manage personnel engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
• Manage personnel engaged in general cleaning and up keep of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing windows.
• Manage personnel assisting other departments as requested, including moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies.
• Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate and perform repairs and maintenance of production equipment including injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Coordinate and perform repairs and maintenance of buildings and facility equipment.
• Set up and maintain preventative maintenance programs for all machinery and equipment.
• Maintains facilities within established codes, and current insurance company requirements.
• Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specification, and standards.
• Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
