Medical Director - Anesthesia opening in Georgia - Located in Rome, GA - Full-time position, Monday to Friday. - No nights, call, or weekends.Position Details : Facility is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director to lead our anesthesia team in Rome, GA. This leadership position offers an excellent opportunity to oversee a team of five seasoned anesthetists at an established ambulatory surgery center with four state-of-the-art operating rooms.Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a team of anesthetists, ensuring high-quality patient care. - Oversee anesthesia services for outpatient cases, including general surgery, pediatrics, ophthalmology, orthopedics, dental, ENT, plastics, urology, and podiatry. - Perform anesthesia procedures, including blocks, with a proficiency in outpatient pediatric cases. - Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. - Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. - Participate in administrative duties and leadership development programs.Qualifications : - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology. - Proven leadership experience in an anesthesia setting. - Proficiency in blocks and comfort with outpatient pediatric cases.Compensation and Benefits : - Annual financial package exceeding $500K. - Sign-on bonus of $100K with a two-year commitment. - 8 weeks of PTO plus paid holidays. - Relocation assistance. - Access to leadership development programs and proprietary education platform for CME. - Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans. - White-glove administrative support.
