Amazon Connect Developer

A company is looking for an Amazon Connect Developer to join their team. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable solutions using Amazon Connect and integrate with various systems Collaborate on customer journey solutions and ensure designs align with CX best practices Create test plans and support user acceptance testing and deployment planning Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong development experience with AWS services such as Lambda and DynamoDB Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, and / or Node.js for AWS Lambda development Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect solutions in enterprise environments AWS certifications related to development or Amazon Connect are a plus
