Job descriptionEvaluate and assess patients' occupational therapy needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to improve functional independence and quality of life Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation teams for optimal outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge meetings Active Maine Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain) Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills Previous clinical or rehabilitation experience preferred Charming New England Town - Welcoming community with local shops and events Outdoor Recreation - Surrounded by mountains, rivers, and trails for year-round activities Educational Hub - Home to the University of Maine at Farmington Affordable Living - Lower cost of living compared to larger metropolitan areas
