Family Medicine - Central New York

• Join an established group of 4 FM Practitioners and 3 Mental Health providers in a rural-based family practice / gender center to provide primary care for cisgender and TGD youth / adults across the lifespan
• Provide evidence-based, quality primary care to cisgender and TGD youth and adults, including the provision of gender affirming hormone therapy and pubertal suppression
• One-year non-accredited graduate medical educational program, heavily clinic based
• Half day / week of non-clinical time for self-study
• Flexible curriculum based on level of experience
• Responsibilities :
• Participate in GWC interdisciplinary rounds and team meetings
• Engage in case review with faculty mentors Take part in team activities / grant implementation
• Attend didactic trainings and conferences related to TGD health care
• Meet with other fellows for case review, projects, learning opportunities, support
• Engage in efforts to ensure diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice in healthcare
• Practice cultural responsiveness and cultural humility
• Salary Range : $320,000 - $374,000. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
• Sign-on bonus up to $200,000
• Residency stipend up to $45,000
