Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within residential and commercial construction markets.
Build and nurture client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Represent Go Easy Construction with professionalism and authenticity at meetings, networking events, and site visits.
Develop sales strategies and lead generation plans aligned with company goals.
Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to ensure expectations are met.
Collaborate across departments to create proposals, bids, and marketing strategies.
Provide market feedback to help shape future offerings and growth strategies.
Work closely with ownership to support company-wide initiatives in the early stages of expansion.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations, preferably within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of residential and / or light commercial construction processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect.
Strong customer service orientation and attention to client experience.
Self-starter who thrives in an evolving, entrepreneurial environment.
Comfortable working in varied environments, from client meetings to job sites.
No specific licenses or certifications required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
