We are currently seeking Construction Technicians / Laborers with valid CDL licenses to join our team in the Cerritos, CA area . As a Construction Technician / Laborer, you will be responsible for the installation of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) for various municipal, industrial, storm, and sewer line rehab and repair projects. This position requires working with minimal oversite while still adhering to instructions closely.

We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license , and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.

The actual starting pay is $22.00-$25.00 per hour based on experience and the type of CDL license obtained. Our Construction Technicians will get the opportunity to work on a lot of government projects and all work on government projects will be paid at a significantly higher adjusted prevailing hourly rate.
