DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this position, you will be responsible for preparing and distributing meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner. Your duties will involve portioning and assembling trays, as well as preparing nourishments and snacks for residents throughout the day. In addition to food preparation, you will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area by cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Your role is crucial in ensuring that residents receive proper nutrition and are served in a safe and hygienic environment.

Work Schedule and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
• Work hours are 10 : 30 AM to 7 : 00 PM, with a 30-minute flex lunch break. Work schedule includes rotating on and off duty days, including weekends and holidays. Work hours and schedule may change based on operational needs.
• Overtime as operationally necessary
• Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Preferred Qualifications (not required) :

Using kitchen equipment such as a vertical cutter mixer (VCM), a food processor, a tabletop chopper, and a garbage disposal

Assisted living or long term care facility

Legal Requirements :
