• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR best practices.
• Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Ensure legal compliance with employment laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Handle sensitive HR matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations with professionalism and discretion.
• Partner with leadership to develop and execute workforce planning and organizational development strategies.
