Candidates must possess a background in family medicine, internal medicine, or orthopedic surgery, and must be proficient in METs testing and familiarity with musculoskeletal, diabetes, and cardiovascular evaluations.

• Portland, OR- per diem available- must be within 50 miles
• Roseburg, OR-per diem available- must be within 50 miles
• Bend, OR- per diem available- must be within 50 miles
• Klamath Falls, OR - per diem office available
• Roseburg, OR - per diem office available

PRN as needed.
