About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Service Delivery to take on a pivotal role in owning and leading delivery operations across various functions, including manufacturing, engineering, tooling, quality, and supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution and alignment with the company's growth goals, leading the development of long-term operational strategies, and making high-impact decisions related to factory layout, system investments, and supply chain resilience. This role also involves close collaboration with the executive team on budgeting and resource planning, as well as driving process optimization, standardization, and safety across U.S. operations. Applicants for the Vice President of Service Delivery position at the company should be prepared to oversee ERP system integration, implement risk-based production management, and establish supplier development programs. The role requires a strong focus on compliance with ITAR, DFARS, and other U.S. government regulations, as well as the ability to monitor KPIs and establish second-source strategies for resiliency. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and leading high-performing teams, providing mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and safety. A background in the aerospace and defense industry, with experience in a similar leadership role, is highly desirable.
