Cardiac Sonographer - CV Imaging, PRN, Days

Responsibilities : RESPONSIBLE FOR : Operates ultrasound equipment to perform clinical diagnostic ultrasound exams and routine invasive procedures according to established standards and practices. Provides patient services utilizing ultrasound equipment. Demonstrates knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology. Provides patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics. Communicates effectively with staff and radiologists. Qualifications : MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED : Graduate of an AMA approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : None, must become certified by ARDMS or ARRT or CCI within 6-month of employment. MINIMUM LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW : None ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : BLS certified. Registered ARDMS, or ARRT and / or RVS / RVT (Registered Vascular Specialist) preferred.
