Job Description

Henry Ford Warren Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a travel assignment in a float staffing role. The nurse will provide high-quality, compassionate care and may be assigned to the ED or ED Observation Unit based on staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process : assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Supervise, delegate, and document care and teaching of patients and families
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Participate in resolving variances from patient goals
• Float between ED and ED Observation units as needed
• Maintain compliance with hospital and regulatory documentation standards
