Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ year of experience in mortgage banking operations (e.g., document management, post-closing, document custodian)
• Strong Excel skills (basic functions, compiling data-not advanced pivot tables)

Familiarity with mortgage documents (deed, note, appraisal, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of agency systems (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac)
• Understanding of GSE / investor guidelines

Experience with LOS systems and data research
