Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a day shift assignment in Birmingham, Alabama. This role is ideal for an RN with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform confidently in fast-paced L&D environments.

You will provide care and monitoring during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum recovery while collaborating closely with OB teams, anesthesia, pediatric services, and support staff. Candidates should be comfortable supporting high-acuity patients and responding to obstetric emergencies when needed.

This position requires professionalism, compassion, and adaptability while ensuring patient safety and a positive birth experience.
