We are seeking an LPN or RN with LONG-TERM CARE EXPERIENCE to join our team!

You will be responsible for :

Managing CNAs !
Administering medications
Assessing Residents for acute illness
DAILY Assessments
SKIN ASSESSMENTS / WOUND CARE
Care plans ETC...

Qualifications :

1-YEAR LONG-TERM CARE

PCC EXPERIENCE

Ability to build rapport with RESIDENTS, FACILITY STAFF, AND FAMILIES

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
