Job descriptionA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of proven experience in designing distributed systems, from ideation to deployment. Strong programming skills in Python, with proficiency in SQL or SparkSQL. Expertise in data engineering across platforms such as ClickHouse, ElasticSearch, Postgres, Redis, and Neo4j. Experience with data orchestration tools including Airflow, DBT, and Luigi. Familiarity with processing technologies like Spark, Kafka, and Flink. Competence in deploying and maintaining cloud infrastructure using Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes. Adeptness at working with large datasets, ensuring efficiency in loading, querying, and transformation. The Data Platform team serves as the bridge between TRM's data and product initiatives, managing vast data stores and workflows crucial for our mission. We thrive on collaboration, working across teams to deliver new and exciting projects each quarter. With a focus on asynchronous communication, we balance flexibility with structured processes to meet our objectives. Your role and impact :
- Architect and build reliable data services to seamlessly integrate with various blockchain networks.
- Develop cutting-edge ETL pipelines to transform and process massive datasets in real-time.
- Design and implement sophisticated data models ensuring optimal storage and rapid retrieval for blockchain queries.
- Oversee the deployment and performance monitoring of large database clusters, focusing on availability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to enhance TRM's offerings through innovative data solutions.
