This is the perfect role for former or current teaching assistants looking to grow in the field of education and behavioral health.
As a Behavior Technician, you'll work directly with children diagnosed with autism or developmental delays, using evidence-based strategies to teach communication, social skills, daily living skills, and more. No ABA experience? No problemwe provide comprehensive paid training and support for certification.

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRASPORTATIONHigh school diploma or equivalentBA / BS or AA (with coursework in psychology or a related field)Experience with kids is necessary if you do not have experience in the field or a degree in a related field (psychology, child development, education, etc)Flexible with work schedule to accommodate potential needs during M-F 2pm-8pm peak hoursSpanish speaking is preferred but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsKnowledge in ABA strategies or a high willingness to learnReady to bring your heart and skills to a place that values both?
