Locum Tenens - Urgent Care PhysicianLocation : Austin, TexasStart Date : August 1, 2025Duration : 1 yearPosition Type : Locum Tenens - Urgent Care Needing a provider with significant work comp experience in the Austin market for regular shifts Key Requirements Board Certification Required : Family Medicine (FM) Emergency Medicine (EM) Med-Peds Experience : 3-6 years preferred in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Pediatrics Must be comfortable treating pediatric patients aged 3 months and older License : Active Texas Medical License required Local candidates only (no travel or lodging provided) Certifications : Board certification in FM, EM, or Med-Peds Schedule and Coverage Clinic Hours : Monday-Friday : 8 AM - 8 PM Saturday : 8 AM - 7 PM Sunday : 8 AM - 5 PM Patient Volume : Up to 35-40 patients per day during 12-hour shifts (volume varies by location) Floating : Providers must be willing to float between nearby clinics Technology and Dress Code EMR System : Practice Velocity Dress Code : Solid-color scrubs only (no logos; scrubs cannot be black, white, or red) Pay and Incentives Competitive locum tenens pay rate - please inquire for details Generous referral fees available - ask for more information Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
