Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to departmental needs while adhering to state and practical scope standards for the relevant specialty. Working in collaboration with medical professionals and the care team, you will provide individualized, compassionate care through established nursing models, ensuring exceptional outcomes and support for patients and their families.

• Perform procedures and monitoring as directed by medical providers. Thoroughly document care in patient medical records promptly.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and possible side effects, simplifying complex medical terms for complete understanding.
• Guide patients and families in non-medicinal follow-up measures, including healthy lifestyle adjustments and disease prevention, preparing them for effective self-management.
• Implement evidence-based practices and continuous improvement initiatives to exceed quality measures, enhancing the care provided.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess, customize, and deliver a comprehensive holistic treatment plan that promotes recovery and supports patient goals.
