Summary :

As a competent nurse in a clinical setting, you will practice independently while addressing complex patient needs. Your role will involve providing both routine and complex care, contributing to long-range patient goals and continuous nursing development. You will also make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to ensure optimal care management.

Responsibilities :

• Meet the competencies of OneCHRISTUS, leading in your role effectively.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families aligned with your level of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols while monitoring for side effects and the effectiveness of prescribed treatments.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and the care provided accurately.
• Assess learning needs and provide necessary education to patients, family members, and caregivers.
