Compensation & Benefits

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. Grade 1 has a minimum starting rate of $20.62 / hour with regular increases reaching $23.33 / hour. Grade 2 has a minimum starting rate of $22.65 / hour with regular increases reaching $25.62 / hour. An additional shift premium of $2.00 / hour applies for 2nd & 3rd shift.
