The Company is seeking a Head of Sales and Account Management to join their team. This remote, player-coach role is pivotal in the firm's mission to provide fractional e-commerce teams to mid-market consumer brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a sales process that is currently heavily reliant on founder relationships. This includes developing a repeatable sales system, consistent outbound efforts, and a trusted sales forecast. The role demands a professional with 5-10 years' B2B sales experience, particularly in consultative, high-ticket services, and a background in e-commerce, DTC, digital marketing, or agency / consulting services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales process development, strong CRM discipline, and the ability to speak the language of P&L fluently or be willing to learn quickly.
