Purpose
The Imaging Support Paramedic plays a vital role in enhancing patient care during advanced imaging procedures, prioritizing safety and comfort. This position involves preparing patients for imaging studies, administering necessary medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with radiologists and technologists throughout procedures. The Imaging Support Paramedic reports directly to the Imaging Services Director and engages closely with the radiology team and nursing staff.
