Position : Production Trainee (Trainee Certified, Trainee HOD)

Job Code : PDNTR

Reports to : Sow Farm Manager

Summary : Learns, demonstrates knowledge and skills, and becomes certified in all aspects of company systems and the pork industry standards. This position functions under the supervision of the appropriate department leader while performing all duties and responsibilities as a learning / development process.

Supervisory Authority :

• When basic technical certification is complete, will assume responsibility for personnel within a department with Manager oversight
