Job Summary and Responsibilities

At Dignity Health Chandler Regional Medical Center we deliver humankindness through a wide range of health social and support services in the heart of Chandler Arizona. As part of our team you will provide clinical expertise; support and oversight that helps ensure our patients receive exceptional care. Expectations :

• The TELEMETRY Observation Unit at Chandler Regional Medical Center provides care for the adult patient requiring telemetry monitoring
• All areas of the department work together to provide high quality care to meet and exceed the expectations of our patients while providing a satisfying experience to our patients and their families.
• Registered Nurse who shares the same passion for our critically ill patients to coordinate, supervise and implement patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice.
• All Staff Nurses are expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description.
• Assess patient / family health problems and resources, taking a leadership role in the development, implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Provides professional nursing care and interventions to acutely ill adult patient populations.

Job Requirements

Minimum :

AZ RN license.

American Heart Association BLS

ACLS certification (in monitored areas).

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Preferred :

BSN

Basic computer skills.

One year recent acute care experience

Professional certification in area of specialty

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (in monitored areas).

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
