Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 2 years of cardiac and interventional radiology experience, along with BLS, ACLS, and ARRT credentials.
Responsibilities
Work in a cardiac catheterization laboratory performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures4x10 hour day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PMNo call requirementWill float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals as neededAdult cardiovascular patient populationEpic EMR experience requiredDuties include monitoring and scrubbing during all diagnostic and interventional cath lab proceduresRole requires efficient teamwork and maintaining a customer-friendly environmentCandidates must be willing to float to affiliate hospitals if requestedReturn staff must have not worked at the facility for at least 6 months to be eligibleRTO must be requested at submission and cannot exceed 2 weeksLocal candidates are accepted at the same rateNo modules required for onboardingRequirements
Current BLS and ACLS certifications requiredCurrent ARRT credential and Oregon Medical Board license required prior to startMinimum of 2 years of recent experience in cardiac and interventional radiology settingsExperience monitoring and scrubbing all types of cath lab proceduresAbility to work collaboratively with physicians, technologists, and nursesEpic charting experience requiredReferences from two managers or supervisors within the last 24 months are required for consideration; one may be within 3–5 years if neededNo background or license violations acceptedCOVID-19 vaccination proof required; no exemptions allowedLicense required if applicableBenefits
