Certified Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician, Navigation. Key Responsibilities Serve as direct contact for members and providers regarding pharmacy benefit information and navigation support Field inquiries related to mail order, benefit design, formulary coverage, and claims adjudication Support Clinical Pharmacists with patient outreach, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks Required Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years' experience in a pharmacy technician role within a PBM or similar managed care setting Active Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) Knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication and benefit designs Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
