Job Summary :

• The NICU Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care to critically ill or premature newborns in a neonatal intensive care setting. Responsibilities include assessing and monitoring infants vital signs administering medications and treatments operating specialized medical equipment and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• The RN also educates and supports families ensuring compassionate communication and continuity of care.
